The search screen is accessible from all top level areas of the application. It can be access by pressing the magnifying glass icon at the top left corner of the screen.

The following contacts are searched by the application:

• Other Users
• Global Directories
• Personal Directories

From the search screen contacts can be dialed immediately by pressing the dial icon or the contact record can be opened directly to get access to chat and email functionality.
